FAQ

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: For a cancellation prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival a fee of $50 will be charged from your advanced deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 60 days will forfeit the entire advance deposit. There are no refunds for shorten stays.
Monthly reservations forfeit advance deposit regardless of the date of the cancellation.

Q: Does this policy apply to extreme weather conditions?
A: Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. If it is to the extreme where it is mandatory that no one be on the island we would issue a credit for a future reservation.

Q: Is there a required security deposit?
A: For certain timeframes and certain age groups we would require a refundable security deposit. Deposit amount varies depending on the dates of your reservation and on the property that your reservation is set for.

Q: What is the pet policy and are there any restrictions if pets are allowed?
A: Pets are allowed in certain condos and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $81.19 that would be applied to your reservation regardless. Not all units are fit to accomodate certain breeds/sizes of pets. A fine of $400 will be imposed for any unauthorized pets.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Please inquire about any discounts, specials and promotions offered for the requested dates.

Q: Do you provide toiletries, household products, etc. in the condos?
A: Prior to your arrival, our housekeeping department will have refilled the bathrooms with a roll of toilet paper, box of tissues and some soap. Anything other than that would be the renter's responsibility.

Q: How many vehicles are allowed on the properties?
A: The majority of our properties will allow up to two vehicles per condo.
However some will allow only one. Please ask upon reserving.
Q: Is there a minimum number of nights for booking a reservation?
A: Depending on the season this would vary. Upon inquiring for a specific date, our staff would notify you of the requirements.
Q: What other fees are associated with the rentals?
A: All rentals are charged with a 17% tax, a booking fee of $27.06, and a one time maid service fee regardless. Maid service varies on the number of bedrooms and season. (Security deposit may apply depending on season and age group).
Q: What is the age requirement for reserving a condo?
A: The age requirement for all rentals is 18 years and older.
